Week 11 in Pindare (Week 75)

Hello  Family,


We had an awesome week! Three baptisms!! Lusia, Vaninha, and Oziele.
We had the Christmas Conference today. It was awesome!
I would love to tell you all about it but have zero time!!!


I will send pictures next week or maybe tomorrow if possible. I was also transferred. Elder Morais is my new companion. He is from Goiana. He is incredible. We are also assistants. I am excited to learn a lot. I hope that I can magnify my calling. I  know that as I trust in the Lord and be humble he can move my weaknesses into strengths.

Week 10 in Pindaré (Week 74)

Hello All!


Pindaré-Mirim is the best! I know that God wants a stake here. We are growing so fast here that we don't even talk about creating a district. Haha!

This week we had 4 baptisms in Pindaré!

• Francinalda - She is the wife of Cleison who we baptized last week. She sings super well. We will train her to lead the music.
• Maisa
• Rayssa
• Liliane-- the other elders worked with Liliane who was baptized; what a recent convert. She has an incredible testimony.

I have been learning a lot with Elder Wilkins and Elder Morais. Two incredible missionaries. Elder Morais is an administrative giant and has been helping a ton with training the future leaders of this branch and stake.

Moroni's promise never faults here. To anyone that reads the Book of Mormon and asks God with real intent receives an answer. My faith in this promise had grown a lot this week. It is incredible to see the Holy Ghost work in the lives of these people.

Week Nine in Pindare--(Week 73)

Hello Family! 

Last monday I was participating in a conference in Teresina and was not able to email. So let's catch you all up!

Last week (two weeks ago) we had one baptism of Marcelo!! He is really intelligent. We also had zone conference in Teresina! Which was awesome. It was focused on repentance. We were combined with another zone. Elder Druziani and I gave a training about repentance. It was awesome! It was similar to the training that Grandpa Hillam would do with his briefcase.

So now we have two more assistants in the mission. Elder Wilkins and Elder Morais are living with us now. I love these guys! I lived with Elder Wilks through December a year ago too. He will go home on the 18th of December I think.

We will have Christmas conference in several weeks. Our zone will have to prepare a skit. We are excited.

This last weekend we had 4 baptisms! 

Cleuson 

     - Incredible. His wife would have been baptized but had to take an emergency trip. He has two little angel kids. Hes raising them right.

Washington

   - Has been investigating the church for 6 years. Has already read the Book of Mormon. Super Super intelligent. He is the one with the beard. He realized that he needed to make a promise with the Lord

Felipe

  - has 8 years old and shared his testimony the other day when we were teaching him. We asked him how he felt after reading the book of Mormon with us. He looked down. I could see that he was struggling to respond or express himself. He looked up and said "I feel that God touched my heart." Man I was about to cry . 

Teresinha

  - I love this old lady. She is about 90% deaf. So we teach her yelling

So many more things I would love to share with you all!
